PHP Web Developer

Robert Half Technology is seeking PHP developers of all levels to rollout new site development for an interactive development firm in Midtown Manhattan. One of our consultants recently lead the development and deployment of a full-blown social networking site with forums, blogs, pic sharing that was deployed in 25 languages. This company continues to win new business and require additional staff to support their workflow.

Skills Required:

* 2+ years PHP
* 2+ years MySQL
* 5+ years HTML, CSS, Javascript
* 1+ year of Content Management System experience (Drupal and Joomla highly preferred)
* 1+ year XML

Job Responsibilities:

* Work directly with consultant teams and clients to produce Intranet, Internet and browser-based applications to drive communication and business processes.
* Deliver rich media solutions including streaming video, podcasts, blogs and RSS.
* Take abstract concepts and craft powerful business performance tools
* Provide client consultation on implementation of new technologies and stay current on industry trends.
