SaneBull Review
SaneBull is a financial webtop that utilizes heavy Ajax and Web 2.0 to bring you real-time news and stock quotes. The tool currently won't replace any TDAmeritrade or Etrade app, but for the casual investor (of which I am), it is great.
I find it easy to use and, frankly, fun. You can register for an account, and then save your stock picks and it will keep those quotes up-to-date. The tool has the latest news about a stock along with the other financial details. Also feeds for the most popular financial journals.
I could see a killer mobile version of this at some point. I would also like to see more branding on the site for SaneBull, perhaps a header to help ground the app. And this one might be a bit out there, but what about being able to see a friend's list? So I could put my stocks into the system, my friend Jennie does and we can see each other's picks and comment on them. Also, perhaps some of these pieces could become widgets to plug into other systems.
