Few comments:
1. I would not consider spark a web2.0.  They dont have features that exist in many web2.0 site, they apply a web1.0 biz model and they product itself looks very web1.0

2. Spark is &#039;plant&#039; company. Take a look at their quarterly reports from 1,2,3 years ago. They have the same revenues, and the only thing they do is cut expenses (layoff people, decrease marketing spend on AmericanSingles) in order to prove the bottom line.

So, I am not impressed at all. This company has clearly failed in catching up with the changing environment. </description>

Thanks for the comment Mark - I agree with you on the Web 2.0 aspect - in fact we discussed that at length - basically there are plenty of web 1.0 companies who are still doing great - i would bet that more web 1.0 companies are doing better than most web 2.0 companies. he suggested that mobile is web 2.0
