		<description>I think the word &quot;coworking&quot; is rightly protected by its founders; this is why we&#039;re calling it &quot;startup coworking&quot; or &quot;coworking for startups.&quot; We say coworking because we&#039;re students of the movement and big fans of it. New Yorkers know that I&#039;ve been very vocal about it. But then the word &quot;startup&quot; is in there because we can&#039;t do it all, and David Rose&#039;s center is the perfect place to offer something specifically to startups.

I definitely think there&#039;s room in the coworking world for a &quot;startup coworking&quot; space, just like there&#039;s room in the startup world for coworking.</description>

		<description>Sure reminds me of school, in that as you move up to a higher level, you move up to a higher portion of the school building (we were in a building). Similar concept by SparkSpace, only this time it&#039;s the corporate world that&#039;s involved. Same old, same old.</description>
