We say coworking because we're students of the movement and big fans of it. New Yorkers know that I've been very vocal about it. But then the word "startup" is in there because we can't do it all, and David Rose's center is the perfect place to offer something specifically to startups. I definitely think there's room in the coworking world for a "startup coworking" space, just like there's room in the startup world for coworking. Similar concept by SparkSpace, only this time it's the corporate world that's involved. Same old, same old.
