Sr. Flash Developer

Ignited, LLC, an integrated services advertising agency located in El Segundo is looking for a Sr. Flash Developer. What’s an “integrated services” advertising agency? Here’s what we’re looking for:

The Senior Flash Developer will be responsible for developing back end flash functionality and Action Script implementation of front end functionality.

Position Status: This position is on a contract to hire status.

Position Duties (Daily duties will include, but are not limited to):
- Working with Developers and Integrators closely to complete projects
- Attending status and project meetings
- Taking part in internal initiatives and developments
- Work to advance the Interactive Tech department with innovative ideas
- Deliver projects on time and in budget Position

Qualifications:
Education:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent Special Knowledge or Skills [Software]
- Comprehensive Flash experience.
- Extensive Flash ActionScript 2.0 & 3.0 experience (Java & PHP a plus).
- Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming practices and methodologies
- Experience with data-driven Flash development.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (such as XML, SOAP, and web services).

Prior Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ experience designing, developing, and producing Flash content and applications.
- Strong portfolio that includes numerous examples of advanced Flash skills.
- Experience with complete major product or site release cycles.

Other Qualifications and/or Requirements:
- Ability to work closely with producers, understand their requirements, and deliver accordingly and to provide API and technical support as needed.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast-paced teams.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
