We have 10,000+ customers for the commercial version of our Zimbra Collaboration Suite, including large enterprises such as H&R Block; technology leaders such as Mozilla, MySQL and O’Reilly Media; 300+ universities such as Georgia Tech and Texas A&M and hundreds of hosting providers including ISPs with 11M+ users.

We are looking for a talented Sr. Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market efforts of the Zimbra Collaboration Suite and to help build on our success in vertical markets (education, healthcare, government, etc).

Responsibilities:
• Drive adoption of the Zimbra Collaboration Suite in our most successful markets (education, government, etc)
• Write case studies and GTM material to focus on these key markets
• Work with open source and other technology partners to spread the distribution of Zimbra Collaboration Suite
• Build a customer reference program and roundtable forum for Zimbra’s customers
• Educate prospects, customers, partners, sales/support engineers, and other key parties on detailed product design, functionality, and technical architecture.
• Develop international channel partners to grow adoption
• Create technical whitepapers, reviewers guides, web content, and other materials that clearly articulate Zimbra Desktop’s technical capabilities, roadmap, and vision
• Understand market and customer requirements and translate it into enhancement requests in our database
• Provide key technical content to partner marketing, channel marketing, and other marketing teams for the production of marketing collateral
• Manage metrics and track the adoption of the Zimbra Collaboration Suite in our top markets

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• MBA
• BS in CS or related technical field
• 5+ years of hands on experience product marketing, product management or marketing in enterprise software
• Ability to write competitive analyses, and in-depth product feature papers and to clearly articulate technical concepts in written and visual form
• Understanding of the open source community and experience with software developer communities
