Here are the specific skills that we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience with CSS/XHTML/HTML 
• Appreciation for simple and elegant HTML code 
• Solid knowledge of modern web page layout and templates 
• Understanding of XML and XSL 
• Knowledge of JavaScript/Ajax 
• Hands on experience in Flash animation and Active Script is a plus
