		<description>I assume when you say &quot;Hire slow and fire fast.&quot; you mean somewhere that you don&#039;t have strict labour laws. In that case interim employees, or contractors, are also a good source of labour, although it might seems more expensive it can be a bonus when the tasks are finished and a cheaper lighter weight employee can be found and trained.</description>

But, as you point out, building great products is only half of success: the other is letting people know about those great products.</description>
