		<description>I guess we&#039;ll see how that turns out. Isn&#039;t the topic here really about properly setting customer expectations? Vaporware can really put ones brand in the crapper, but as you state, the larger companies have more leeway. Startups, on the other hand, do not have such luxuries.</description>

In fact my business partner recently peed me off by insisting we should withhold the commission % amount from customers on a soon to be released &quot;give to charity&quot; website.  We are planning to give 90% of our customer&#039;s payment to charity - I say we should announce the 10% commission, but he says we should only write, &quot;we will take a small % for administration costs&quot;

Customers want no surprises...I think I&#039;m going to have to resume this argument! </description>
