FastDue offers a suite of online document templates that help you manage your business. The company describes their service as, "FastDue is a free, secure online suite of business productivity tools with instant invoicing and collections, a robust easy-to-use tracking and management system and the only live, interactive contract negotiation and execution on the web".

You create the desired form and you can also customize it with your logo and other design details. The forms can then be printed or can be electronically sent via email to the parties that need to review and/or sign the documents. FastDue also provides reports so you can see what status each created form is currently in.

The founders tell me that they will be launching premium paid services soon but the core service will remain free. There are a variety of legal documents that could be, at a minimum, a good starting point when you need to create situational documents.
