Hipoqih is a task to pronounce but has a killer idea behind it. This startup is a web 2.0 project and Google Maps mashup that aims to create a mobile social network with GPS geolocation. PC, PDA, Java Phones are all acceptable portals for the service, and all you have to do is register with the site and then install the plugin on your computer or mobile device.
