SpotplexBlog tracking and traffic-driving service Spotplex is announcing a partnership with Korean blog provider Daum Communications today. Daum Communications Corp. is a global internet media group with 55 million global users and is headquartered in Seoul, Korea. This agreement should help Spotplex increase distribution in Korea.

Daum Communications provides its members with the Tistory blogging platform and new bloggers will have Spotplex tracking active on their blogs in the reporting area. Currently, over 130,000 bloggers with more than 10 million monthly unique visitors are using Tistory’s blog platform.

“We are thrilled to be working with such an industry leader as Daum Communications,” said Doyon Kim, founder and CEO, Spotplex, Inc. “Spotplex is a natural fit for blogger platforms as we can immediately start driving traffic to new blogs, and also give them tailored analytic tools and widgets to track and retain visitors.  Our users will also benefit from access to the incredibly diverse content in Tistory’s network; it’s a win-win for everyone.”

While this partnership won’t help Spotplex in the U.S., it is a good sign that Spotplex has been able to increase distribution in other parts of the world.

In other news, it appears that Spotplex has updated their site design. Feels a bit loose but an improvement overall.
