Are you located in Austin? Are you a web developer looking for a designer to make your next startup look hot? Or are you a designer looking for a coder to make your Photoshop PSD into something that’s more than a PNG with an imagemap?

On February 21, at coworking location Cospace, a “speed dating” event will take place for developers and designers looking to meet their idea match. There are about 15 slots left in each group so you should register asap if you want to attend.

Developers will start out on one side of the room and designers on the other. There will be a message on Twitter when participants can “cross the line” and begin to network with the other group. Every two minutes, a tweet will alert participants when they should switch seats. (ok just kidding on that last one)

The event is free and some snacks will be served. One note – the organizer mentioned that this event is not for recruiters.
