– women take 90 minutes to go out, 26 minutes are used to select the right clothing
– first fashion social network with wardrobe management
– anchored around virtual closets
– ala carte menu – hire a stylist to help and pay for that
– stylists push to affiliates- shouldn’t they first see if you have something that works?
– im not sold that anyone would want to matchup clothing and accessories this way
– offers a packing list to allow you to plan ahead
– there is a forum where the stylists are – so why would i hire a stylist if they will reply for free?
– shop.style.connect
Footnote
– "facebook for the deceased"
– posts publicly available death records
– 80 million profiles
– i wonder if they signon sylvia brown so you can talk to the dead
– this will be tough to get traction on because it requires alive people to do the work
– this is a good seo play to own the serp for the dead people
– facebook-style image viewer and you can annotate on the images which helps with searching
post concluded

I have to say, I was appalled by Footnote. Like a Wikipedia for dead people, with nobody having any control. I can just imagine people writing stories about what a horrible boss he was, or how she stole money from me, or how he had an affair with my wife, or how she had somebody’s baby that nobody knew about,… Can you imagine being the child or spouse or parent or somebody who comes across such stories. You know they’ll happen, and probably with great frequency.
I’m an entrepreneur myself and don’t say this lightly, but I hope Footnote fails, and quickly.
I agree with Dawn there are gonna be a few people out there with no respect at all and there is going to be a ton of people talking trash without realizing the loved ones will be reading them.
