Technical Lead

Hill Holliday is currently seeking a Technical Lead who can take ownership of multiple web application projects for high profile clients.

The ideal candidate is innovative, creative and driven by an insatiable thirst for technical knowledge.

Please have: • An expert level of proficiency in all areas of web development: presentation layer, application layer, database layer, system administration and measurement implementation. • A proven track record overseeing website development for internal and external teams. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong understanding of the web development process, including: requirements gathering, information architecture, application design, quality assurance and deployment. • The flexibility to be able to code and lead. • Experience architecting and implementing a web project.

Technical skills we seek: Front End: Flash with ActionScript 2/3 and/or DHTML/CSS/JavaScript Back End: PHP, MySQL Systems: Linux or Unix, Apache CMS Integration: Drupal, Expression Engine, WordPress, but any will do. Pluses: Flex, Perl, Mobile, Widgets, .NET, Windows server, MSSQL, Oracle, working with platform vendors (like Awareness)

Candidates must include examples of real websites built by them and can undertake detailed discussions about role and contributed functionality.
