I have heard that the CPM network has some good campaigns, but the campaigns are limited. Technorati Engage is just a complete waste of time. Engage was an acquistion of AdEngage which never really made an impression on the advertising market, in other words it never worked! Concern they will face if they do nothing is losing publishers who are feed up with losing 25 lbs, and can get better deals elsewhere. There's no doubt the marketplace is hard with more people going online to view ads, and low demand "ad sales". As far as their strategy if they did not plan for this they are in trouble and thinking should be geared towards the long term.
