A decade ago, I was at a party with Disney CEO Michael Eisner and had the opportunity to share my thoughts about his pay per use subscription model. I told him it had to be free (which it is now). His answer, "Cable companies pay to syndicate Disney"...he went on to talk about the business model of Cable television. Personally, I'd be happy to pay for an upgraded level of Google Services.....
