This is just sad, 1. they are just learning about twitter, it's been around since 2006.
2. To compare tweeting to smoking weed? That's just wrong!
3. Not to see the value of communication and relationships of using twitter.. but not over using twitter.
4. Let's go on Tara's show and talk about Friendfeed, Disqus, backtype, brightkite and really blow there minds.

This is what happens when main stream "media" or talk shows try to look cool and talk about technology or use technology they don't understand and devalue the service and the guest. Maybe I need to watch the entire show but from the clip it looked like a Jerry Springer twitter show.

I'm not saying I agree with the guy tweeting to the point of losing his job but from the clip it seems like it was a show to talk about twitter because it's something "cool" that the "celebrities" are doing now.

I'm slowing decreasing my time on twitter and sticking with RSS feeds & email; to much noise.

Good capture Allen, btw we didn't get our CenterNetwork stickers ;)

Hey hey Allen!

Thanks for catching this, and for commenting on my post too. I've been following your blog for a while now, even before when it was just interviews with entrepreneurs and startup execs.

Tyra was hysterical. There was very little wiggle room in what we could say, and if our story wasn't "juicy" enough, we wouldn't have made it on the show. I'll keep you posted on my company as well.

Keep up the good work!
