lol wow I'm really underpricing MyTwitterButler at only $10 ....

Go check out http://www.MyTwitterButler.com for $10 it's a windows .net application that run directly on your windows pc instead of in the cloud.

It does two things;

1/ Auto Follows Users with up to 4 search terms per twitter account (allows multiple accounts - I run mine with 11 twitter accounts simultaneously but it slows it down).

2/ Direct Message Broadcast - you can send a direct message to all you users with just one click.

It's quick and dirty because i built it to solve a personal problem i had at www.LiveBaseballChat.com and i wasn't planning on selling it but when i gave it away to about 10 or 15 friends they were all like...you should sell this - "so here we are".

Not sure if it's better than the $100 application, thats your choice. BTW if you want to see what one user wrote check out this link

Cheers,

Cool. Thanks for the review guys. Also to anyone that's interested... I'm currently working on three new features for Personal Edition and hope to release them by the end of this week.

The first one is called Auto Follow Scheduler and here's what it'll do:
- person types keyword into field
- person checks boxes next to what day they would like the feature to run Monday-Sunday
- clicks submit
- the app then runs daily according to the schedule the user has selected for the keyword. set it and forget it type of deal
- the user can do this for as many keywords as they'd like. perfect for branded keywords or just keywords that you do not want to have to fill in every day.

The second new feature is exactly like the first one except it's meant for targeting keywords locally. (within a 50 mile radius of your current Twitter location)

The third feature is a message center. Things such as responses from Twitter, messages from the app and other activity will be reported to the user in this area. Very good conveyance addition to this product.

Fantastic! Another way for a person to follow 9,000 people and not read a single one of them.

De-personalization and semi-spam will be what kills Twitter if they don't do something about it.

Another scam bites the dust. I investigated Twittermass and found it to be on the unscrupulous side.
