Glad you were able to make to Blogwell.  Andy Sernovitz certainly know how to pull together the folks in the space that are active practitioners.  Interesting that UPS is doing this so manually. Agree with you &quot;steps&quot; around monitoring and means of joining and engaging in conversations.
