In my experience I would add: Tip#11: Peanut M&Ms. We have a dispenser in the entryway someone picked up at Target and part of my CEO duties is to be sure that puppy is full at all times. Tip#12: Water. Late in teh day when the coffee starts to grate on everyones nerves, bottled water seems to have a calming effect. Can't explain it, perhaps because we stop drinking coffee. Also, water goes real good with peanut M&Ms in the afternoon. pete Hi,
