Web Apps Fat-Off: Day 10

I have two exciting announcements to make tonight.... (drum roll please!)

• The first pound has been lost!
• More importantly, iTrainHarder will be added to the list of web apps tested in the Fat-Off. I will have more details and a basic review of iTrainHarder in the coming days.

What I have realized is that I really need a nutritionist - if anyone is interested or knows of a good nutritionist, please drop me a line. Local or remote is fine.
