Web Developer at Wiredset

Wiredset is seeking a talented Web Developer with a love for coding who will help develop and maintain various applications and client projects.

Candidates should demonstrate strong capabilities in writing, maintaining and debugging code. They should also be comfortable with producing solid code in a fast paced environment and be able to deliver an on-time product under tight deadlines.

Wiredset is a leading digital agency specializing in marketing, brand development and custom software creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
* Work both individually and in small teams to deliver on time, error-free code that meets all design specifications
* Produce reliable, scalable and effective software
* Write, update, and maintain code

REQUIREMENTS:

* Fluent in PHP4/PHP5 (OOP required)
* Comfortable working with MySQL
* 2+ years working in a LAMP environment
* Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
* Solid understanding and working knowledge of Subversion
* Familiarity with social networks and web2.0 technologies
* Linux/Windows System Admin skills
* Working knowledge of Apache

DESIRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):

* Experience with any or all of the following:
o Java
o JSP
o Python
o Ruby
o ActionScript
* Experience with AJAX
