		<description>Perhaps there are too many startups following the footsteps of successful companies that have models/businesses that simply don&#039;t apply to them.  Online advertising models are tough but some of them succeed.  I don&#039;t know if businesses just aren&#039;t adapting enough or questioning themselves enough to seek solutions that fit their operations.  

37Signals are excellent at taking a tough and thorough look at themselves to see what needs to be changed and how they need to adapt.  They give some great advice and pointers, but everyone needs to think of those things can apply to their own business(es).  

I think you and Brad are right in that there is a shift in thinking towards real results (money) and productivity/utility.  </description>
