When I want to search for topics or subjects I go to Google's blog search - because the results seem right on target and I don't feel like there's a bunch of crap/spam. But I haven't done this on Technorati for several months and should probably go back and give it a shot. Excellent point on the Google indexing. I have yet to hear someone say "Technorati Juice"... :) They would get a huge boost if they could get their stuff indexed in Yahoo as fast as Google indexes my blog ... that would be an excellent strategic move! Hardly anyone arrives via a blog search engine, they're all using Google's normal search. Google's spider is indexing new posts within hours. Google Blog Search offers more options, though, too in the advanced search options. Check them out.
