WiZiQ Launches Paid Premium Service; We’ve Got Free Upgrades

Allen Stern - July 16th, 2008

wiziqWiZiQ offers a virtual online learning application that brings teachers and students together. The teachers could be professors, instructors and tutors. With education moving more and more online, this type of tool seems well positioned for growth. Today WiZiQ is announcing the launch of their premium version with more features. The main change is the ability to white label or brand WiZiQ as your own. This will be good for teachers who want to control the look and make the student believe the technology is their own.

Some of the new premium features include the ability to hold virtual sessions with up to 500 participants whereas the free version only supports up to 50 participants. Also session recordings are stored for a year as opposed to 30 days with the free version. Other features include private chat, payment collection and the ability to be featured in search results.

We’ve got 100 free premium codes that will get you 1 year of free premium WiZiQ service. Just register using the code "wiz23K" and enjoy!

There’s another similar social learning community Learnhub.com that is an upcoming site in this space. It’ll be interesting to see where they all end up.
