Come out on April 25 to hear some great pitches from the Women 2.0 Napkin Business Challenge!
Women 2.0 held an open call for entrepreneurs for their 2007 Napkin Business Challenge. Many entered, and now the final pitches are going to be held on April 25th in San Francisco. You can check out all of the details on the event on the Women 2.0 site. They have a great panel of judges and this might be a good chance to hear how other startup ideas present their pitches. And as an audience member, you get to participate in the judging.
The winning team gets $1,000 plus a chance to meet one of the top VC companies around today. While I can't say I am excited about the video blogger they have brought in to cover the event, it looks like an evening of great networking with both VCs and other entrepreneurs.
If you didn't get a chance to enter the Napkin Business Challenge or if you are outside the SF area (like I am), give the CenterNetworks Video Startup Opportunity a try.
