My yahoo email has been down for days i telephoned the help line and found the receptionist very rude,when i told her i would make a formal complaint and i would be changing from yahoo,she was not bothered at all, disgusted with yahoo.
I managed to retrieve my mail at http://www.mail2web.com hope this helps someone.

to WHERE are you going to switch. i own 4 yahoo smallbusiness accounts and i think the choice should be the best.

Code Error 15. I have been seen this error for a while. I’m Paying yahoo to host my business email account. Not I’m locked out and Unable to to take care of my customers.

Don’t rely on Yahoo. I will be looking for something better. It seems that they can not fix this issue its been Months, and No Success. The worst!!!

Eventually, the screen popped up with Temporary Error #15 and from there I was able to contact Yahoo. It took about an hour and I was back up. Then they had the nerve to send a survey on their quality…….I explained that this has been going on for months!!

Cannot contact yahoo in any form either web page or email. Awaiting important email reply so I am getting more frustrated every minute

Same as those above, no luck accessing mail for a couple of days now. No error message, just empty screen when trying to select mail!

Blank screen for hours now………….Yahoo Mail has been extremely bad for several months now. I think it is time to change! :-(
