It seems YouTube is down on Nov 8th @ 11:14 AM EST. Getting YouTube is under maintenance and very slow connection

As of 1:57p EST,

Pings are being dropped and the traceroute shows that once packets hits Google’s domains for youtube everything is dropped.

Second test run confirmed, Youtube is down.
