Zoho Unifies Mobile Apps Into Zoho Mobile
by Allen Stern on April 28th, 2009
Online office suite provider Zoho has announced the launch of Zoho Mobile today. Zoho Mobile works on the iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android and Symbian S60 devices. The supported Zoho applications include Mail, Writer, Calendar, Sheet, Show and Creator.
Zoho notes regarding the launch, “we are announcing the unified mobile initiative that integrates Zoho Application under a consistent user interface.” The apps are also available in Japanese with more languages coming soon.
The Zoho Mobile apps appear to be free to download and use. Frankly I think Zoho could have charged for mobile access to help offset the development costs.
Earlier this month Zoho launched Zoho Gadgets and easy connections to Google AppEngine.
